Lot Management uses a scientific approach to help you price cars from your Used Car department, which can drive more profit.
Discover the vehicles in your database you need purchase
CDK Equity is an optional solution that alerts your Inventory Manager to which Service and Sales customers have positive equity, so you can uncover leads that would otherwise go untapped.
By mining the data from the vehicles that arrive in your Service department, CDK Equity determines the approximate payoff for any Service customer’s auto loan and compares this payoff amount to local auction prices. It can also harvest leads from your historical sales, using algorithms similar to those used in the Service drive, to determine which customers’ vehicles are in a positive equity position.
Lot Management Pricing
Gain hours each month with automated pricing
Lot Management Pricing is another optional solution that automatically adjusts the pricing of your Used Car inventory based on the parameters you specify. It helps you maximize profits on newer inventory as well as move older inventory off your lot by slowly decreasing the pricing over time.
Take a scientific approach to your Used Car inventory
Lot Management combines the best of historical and market data solutions to give your dealership the analytic recommendations you need to stock your Pre-owned inventory effectively and profitably.
Get deep analytical insights
Once a vehicle is either entered into the desktop portal or scanned using a smartphone or tablet, the appraiser is quickly given the critical data points needed to make an intelligent pricing decision. This includes wholesale value guides from Black Book®, NADA and Kelly Blue Book®, vehicle history reports from CarFax® or AutoCheck™, auction data down to the trim level, and search data from Cars.com™.
Make your Sales associates mobile
To help speed up the sales cycle, your Sales team can use the Lot Management app to scan a VIN and take photos of a vehicle. Once they enter a VIN, the buyer will receive an automated text or email alert to price out a vehicle. If the buyer and customer reach an agreement on the vehicle, the photos and vehicle information are published—saving time and decreasing inventory turn times.
