CDK EXTENDS RELATIONSHIP WITH TASCA AUTOMOTIVE GROUP

Austin, Texas – Jan. 21, 2025 – CDK, the leading automotive retail software provider, today announced a multi-year renewal of its agreement with Tasca Automotive Group, a fourth generation family-owned and operated dealer group that includes a successful wholesale parts business. CDK will provide its 29 dealerships with the CDK Dealership Xperience, an open and integrated platform that transforms how dealerships sell and service cars and operate their businesses in a digital world. Tasca Automotive will also take advantage of the CDK CRM to help further maintain relationships with its generations of loyal customers who trust them for their automotive needs.

Tasca Automotive has been a CDK customer for more than 30 years, and the newly signed agreement further strengthens the trusted partnership.
