Virtual Installation is a success!
A few weeks ago, we announced that our Customer Delivery team would be continuing to install and travel where able. The intent of the new Virtual Install model was to allow work to be done remotely to ensure the health and safety of yourself, your employees and our employees while helping you get operating and functioning quickly.
Since this announcement, we’ve completed several installs. These include a DMS, and layered applications like CDK Cloud Connect (an SD-WAN technology) and CDK Document Cloud. Comments about our new installation model have been extremely positive. More than one dealer has commented on how it’s just as good, if not better than if we were onsite. It’s real hands-on experience and this new model makes dealers feel even more prepared!
